" I have been involved in the purchase and a sale of 3 homes. Stephen John has handled each of the transactions for me. Unlike most real estate agents, I found Stephen to be absolutely committed to making sure I got exactly what I wanted, the best possible price and with the least amount of inconvenience on my part.
Stephen earned my complete trust after our very first experience together. When it came to selling my home, Stephen actively sought our purchasers. He didn't just stick a sign on my front lawn and wait for the phone to ring. Stephen allowed only qualified, motivated buyers through my home and sold it in very short order. When it came to purchasing subsequent homes, Stephen listened to what I wanted and then simply searched until he found it. Whether buying or selling a home, Stephen has built up such a huge network of professionals that he works with, that he literally looks after every aspect of the transaction. Stephen looked after finding the right lawyers and providing them with all the details of the transactions. I don't like lawyers and was always very pleased that Stephen would have them deal with him directly. Thankfully, my only interaction with the lawyers was to show up and sign the documents that had been carefully prepared to Stephen's/mine specifications. Stephen negotiated on my behalf with the banks to secure the very best rates for me (my current rate is 3.9%). The only time I ever dealt with the bank was to sign the mortgage papers and, by the way, Stephen always had the bank come to me, at my convenience. Stephen also looked after having my home inspected by a professional who has years of experience constructing and repairing the particular type of home I was buying. During my most recent purchase, Stephen accompanied the inspector during the entire 4 – hour examination of my home. My cost - $150!
My last home purchase came at a time in my life when I was experiencing emotional upheaval. Stephen was a pillar of strength to me. He knew my situation, what had to be done, and the personal challenges I was going through. Based on my previous experiences with Stephen, I gave him absolute ‘carte blanche’ in every aspect of making this home purchase. I was thrilled with the outcome. Once again, Stephen worked his magic and I live happily in a home that meets every criteria I gave Stephen the day I called him and told him I needed a new home! Somehow Stephen also negotiated a very low purchase price for me. I can’t imagine how many hours of work Stephen puts into each and every home purchase/sale that he is involved in by going to extra mile for his clients.
